What if I need to return something?
Our highest priority is to inspire and delight our clients; thus, we maintain less than a 1% return rate. The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are:

The return must be returned undamaged and fully intact to our Shipping Department at:
Buyer is responsible for return postage. A full refund will be issued.
We cannot provide refunds on orders of our digital download products.
What are your shipping policies?
We use USPS Priority Mail, and typically process and ship your order within two business days of when you place it. Please allow three-four days for shipping.
What if I have an issue with a digital download product?
It is rare for a User to have an issue, with our downloads. If something does occur, please briefly describe your error and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
For international users, please check out the many exceptional download options on our site, as we do not ship outside the contiguous US at this time. We plan to expand to international shipping in 2018.
Do you offer volume discounts?
For discounts on large volume orders, please send a short description of your needs to email@example.com.
