Alice Paul, a 10-year-old fifth grader, realized that girls need to believe that they know the answer to a question (90% probability) before raising their hand in class to speak, whereas her male counterparts are fearless when it comes to making their thoughts heard. Then, Alice wrote an op-ed for the New York Times about it!
